This 5m x 3.5m clubhouse is ideal for a small tennis club, poolhouse or a private garden room. It has a viewing veranda all along the front of the building and 1 room inside (which can be sub-divided if required).

You can add balustrading if required (please ask), however the veranda area isn't as usable for sitting on and watching the game if you choose this option.
